Acupuncture
This is the insertion of very fine needles into acupuncture points.
The needles are sterile, only used once, and disposed of after the treatment.
Ear Acupuncture / Ear Seeds
Acupuncture needles are used on the ears or small seeds are used to stimulate the points.
If ear sees are used they are held in place by small adhesive strips. They may be kept on the ear for 2-3 days and stimulated with the fingers as needed.
